
Domestic United States shipments are processed within 1 business day of your order. Getting the product to our customers quickly is essential to us so we use all the major shipping carriers, including FedEX, UPS or USPS. For 2nd day and next day delivery service, orders must clear credit approval on the day of the order by 3 pm Pacific Time. If an order does not clear credit and is not released to the warehouse, then the shipment date will be pushed to the following business day. We do not ship products over $250 in value to PO Box and APO / FPO addresses since they do not accept signatures. A signature is required by credit card merchants for valuable shipments. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Tracking numbers are always provided and will generally ship from the closest warehouse to the destination that carries the product ordered. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Products purchased at Lowmarkup are backed by the product's manufacturer's warranty. Products that are determined to be defective by either the manufacturer or Lowmarkup can be eligible for repair or replacement at our sole discretion. Software and consumables such as ink, toner, DVD and media, etc. will not be taken back for any reason whatsoever. We may make exceptions and allow returns if the product(s) received are defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item within 10 days from the shipment date. Under these scenarios, an RMA (return merchandise authorization) must accompany the products when returned. Please contact us by phone or e-mail before shipping the product back in order to be provided with the RMA number upon approval. Products will be tested after the return to confirm defects at our discretion. Please note that products will not be refunded if there was accidental damage involved. If the product is not defective then a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Please include the RMA number, receipts, and any transaction numbers to reference the transaction when returning the product. RMA processing takes 4-5 business days. No refunds or credit will be granted after 10 days, the terms of the manufacturer's warranty apply. Please contact the manufacturer directly. 
Most Domestic US Ground shipments of packages more than 2 lbs. are shipped through FedEx. If the package is less than 2 lbs., we will often ship with the US Postal Service. Please note that FedEx Ground only covers the contiguous US states and will not cover HI, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. If you need to use other shipping methods then please do not hesitate to contact us.
