Domestic United States shipments are processed within 1 business day of your order. Getting the product to you as soon as we can is important so we may change the ship method between FedEx, UPS or USPS. Tracking numbers are provided and will come from the closest warehouse to the destination that carry the product ordered. There might be cases where a product might require moving between warehouses before shipping and may cause delays. Please contact us to check on the status of your order especially if there is an urgency for specific items. Shipping fees may vary from what is mentioned for larger and heavier items such as TV and Furniture. Please contact us regarding any questions to confirm pricing of these items. If a change in shipping price has to be made to increase your cost, we will contact you before shipping. Please make sure your contact info is updated. Most Domestic US Ground shipments of packages more than 2 lbs. are shipped through FedEx. If the package is less than 2 lbs, we will often ship with the US Postal Service. If you need to use other ship methods, please contact us. Orders must clear credit approval on the day of the order by 3pm. If an order does not clear credit and is not released, shipment date may be pushed to the following day. We do not sell open box or resell returned products. For companies that take returns back, they have to give that to next person who buys the same product. To avoid having to ship open box products to customers, we expect customers to do their homework before making their purchase. Returns can be done on defective products if it's dead on arrival or if we ship the wrong item. We follow the manufacturer's repair or return policy. In most cases, manufacturers will take back products but there are cases where the manufacturer require the customers to deal directly with them. We do not take returns if an item is purchased by mistake including incompatibility or if you simply did not like it. We will of course take responsibility for our own mistakes. An RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) has to accompany any products that are returned. We will not take any returns without and RMA. Defective Products We will issue RMA numbers for defective products upon approval. We will refund the product purchased price and not the shipping since we will take care of the shipping back to us or the manufacturer.

RMA numbers are provided for defective products or wrong products shipped only. Please contact us by phone or e-mail before shipping the item back to us. We will provide the RMA number upon approval. Do not return any products without an RMA. Products are tested after the return to confirm defects. If there was accidental damage involved, no refund will be made. If the product is not defective, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Please always include the RMA number, receipts, and any transaction numbers to reference the transaction when returning the product. RMA processing takes 4-5 business days.
